SEF Awards 2026 is the seventh edition of the Saudi Esports Federation’s annual awards ceremony, established to recognise distinguished organizations, individuals, influencers, and achievers whose contributions support the continued development of the esports sector in the Kingdom.
The project comprises the end-to-end delivery of a live and televised awards ceremony at SEF Arena in Riyadh. Its scope extends beyond event-day operations to include coordinated planning, creative development, spatial and technical design, production, procurement, venue fit-out, guest and stakeholder operations, show delivery, live broadcast, outdoor event operations, regulatory compliance, dismantling, venue reinstatement, and post-event reporting.
As a live awards ceremony, the project requires the precise alignment of the physical guest experience with the stage programme, broadcast output, content assets, technical systems, winner-reveal process, and operational control structure — a multidisciplinary event-delivery programme rather than a standalone ceremony or production assignment.
